Hike up to Borel Hill and on the Ancient Oaks trail at Russian Ridge Open Space Preserve. Borel Hill is the highest point in San Mateo County (2,572 feet). Great views east over Stanford and Palo Alto to the Bay and beyond, north to San Francisco, and west to the Pacific Ocean.
